1 1/2 cups baby spinich
1 cup orange juice
1 stalk celery
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
Add all of the ingredients in a blender. If you want, you can substitute the water for ice.
Blend everything for about 1 min. or until it is smooth and creamy.
It may not looks good, but this healthy green smoothie taste delicious. Because of the banana, you won’t taste the spinach and the celery. If you want to make it even healthier, you can add broccoli, parsley or other leafy vegetables.
It will keep you full for the next hours and at the same time you will get at least 3 servings of fruits and vegetables at once
