Peach Mango Smoothie

Do you like peaches? Because I do. I like them raw, grilled, baked in desserts, in smoothies, in salads… You get it. And since they are in season now, I decided to start my day with a creamy, delicious peach mango smoothie:

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches

  • 3/4 cup frozen mango

  • 1/2 cup coconut vanilla yogurt

  • 1 cup oat milk (or a milk of your choice)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 cold water (optional)

Directions

  • Peel the peaches and remove the pits
  • Place the all of the ingredients in a blender (I am using this one) and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Note: If you’re not using frozen mango, add about 1 cup of ice and omit the water.
  • Enjoy as a breakfast or when you crave something sweet 🙂

    I am a diabetic and I’ve been looking for things I can eat or drink the are good for me this is something that interest me Ok.
