
Ingredients:
12 ounce filet salmon
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tsp fresh basil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
Mince the garlic, chop the parsley and the basil.
In a medium bowl, prepare marinade by mixing garlic, light olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley. Place salmon fillets in a medium glass baking dish, and cover with the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator about 1-2 hour.
Preheat oven to 385 degrees F.
Before putting in the oven, cover the salmon with aluminium foil. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, until easily flaked with a fork.
This is one of my favorite salmon recipes. It is easy to make and at the same time taste great. You can serve the baked salmon with steamed vegetables. It makes a healthy dinner for the whole family 🙂
