1/4 small red onion
1 slice black forest ham
1tbsp olive oil
I was wondering what to have for dinner last night. I wanted something light, but tasty. So I just opened my fridge and grabbed all the veggies I had. It was a very yummy salad, packed with vitamins and nutrients.
chop the lettuce, pepper, red onion, cucumber and avocado. Mix them in a large glass bowl ( I like my salads in a glass bowls :)). Chop the black forest ham (or any deli meat you have) and add it to the veggie salad.
Add some Parmesan cheese 9 1tbsp should be enough), oil and vinegar, salt and black pepper. Mix well and your salad is ready to be served.
This is a great dinner when you don’t have the time to cook, but want something that will fill you up. If you want to make it even healthier – add some spinach 🙂
