1 large tomato
4 tbsp feta cheese
1/2 red bell pepper
salt and black pepper
1 tbsp oil
Peel and cut the tomato in small pieces. Chop the onion and bell pepper. Mix all vegetables together, add oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Add the fetta cheese on top of the salad.
And that’s it, your tomato salad is ready. Simple, healthy and tasty. It is best of your tomatoes are peeled. And I usually prepare the salad with farm tomatoes. They are so much more tasty than the regular tomatoes all grocery stores carry.
