Ingredients:
lettuce
bell pepper
1/4 small red onion
cucumbers
1/2 avocado
1 slice black forest ham
2tbsp vinegar
1tbsp olive oil
salt
black pepper
parmesan cheese
I was wondering what to have for dinner last night. I wanted something light, but tasty. So I just opened my fridge and grabbed all the veggies I had. It was a very yummy salad, packed with vitamins and nutrients.
chop the lettuce, pepper, red onion, cucumber and avocado. Mix them in a large glass bowl ( I like my salads in a glass bowls :)). Chop the black forest ham (or any deli meat you have) and add it to the veggie salad.
Add some Parmesan cheese 9 1tbsp should be enough), oil and vinegar, salt and black pepper. Mix well and your salad is ready to be served.
This is a great dinner when you don’t have the time to cook, but want something that will fill you up. If you want to make it even healthier – add some spinach
Bon Apeti!

]]>2 lb plain Greek yogurt
2 cups kosher dill pickles
3-4 cloves garlic
fresh dill
salt
This is probably my very favorite salad. It is creamy and tasty, it is perfect for any occasion.
Keep in mind, you have to start preparing the salad at least 12-24 hrs before serving it. The most important step is to drain the yogurt from the excess liquid.
Line a strainer with two layers of cheesecloth. Pour all the yogurt into the cheesecloth lined strainer. Place the strainer over another bowl to catch the liquid, and refrigerate for 12-24 hours, until all of the liquid has drained off.
Meanwhile, you can chop the dill pickles and mince the garlic. Once the yogurt is drains enough, mince with the pickles, garlic, salt and chopped dill. If you want, you can add some black paper.

Here is an interesting experiment I did. Guess what it is
